New Year's

It was really nice having Danny for two 3-day weekends in a row.  We didn't expect to stay up until midnight to ring in 2011, but Jamie didn't want to miss the excitement so we were all up after all.  It was a very relaxing weekend hanging out.  Fortunately the Blizzard of 2010 passed just east of us, so we got pretty snow to look at without all the hassle and aggravation the rest of NJ had to deal with.

 Jamie's Great Aunt Peggy gave him this adorable reindeer outfit and he was the hit of the holiday party he wore it to!

 Jamie enjoyed this bath a lot more than his previous one.  It helps that his mom and dad figured out that the reason the bath was so unstable and he didn't fit in so well was because they didn't realize there were legs for the tub and that the infant insert had to come out.  Apparently there is a difference between a "newborn" and an "infant."  We previously thought they were one and the same.  We also learned that although a bathtub may appear to be simple to put together, it's not something that should be tried late at night with next to no sleep :).

Danny's boss, Todd, gave Jamie this swing and he loves to swing in it and listen to the music and watch the mobile go round and the fish go by on the side.
